Local means we actually show up

Most of what gets called local IT support is a remote help desk with a local phone number. Ours is not.

We are headquartered at 501 Avis Dr in Ann Arbor and our routine on-site service area runs roughly an hour's drive, from Fowlerville to Troy. Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Saline, Dexter, Chelsea, Milan, Brighton, Howell, Plymouth, Canton, Livonia, Novi, and the surrounding communities.

That matters for network work more than for anything else we do. You cannot re-cable a closet over a remote session, and you cannot always diagnose a flaky wireless problem from a dashboard. Someone has to stand in the building.

Our average client relationship runs 11 to 12 years. Many of those clients we have visited hundreds of times, and knowing the physical quirks of a building is a real and underrated part of supporting it well.

Monitoring and proactive maintenance. Watching the infrastructure so problems surface before your staff report them.

Servers, virtualization, and cloud. On-premise, Azure, or a mix. We help you decide which workloads genuinely belong where instead of assuming everything should move.
