Description:

This is an entry level position but candidate should have experience in a broad range of server, workstation, and networking products. We are looking for someone who is looking to join a growing team of driven technology professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Front-end user support, analysis and resolution of computer/network issues

  • Troubleshooting and repair of workstations for LTI-IT clients

  • Responding to support requests

  • Infrastructure build and repair

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrates competency with computer technician skills, shown by one or more of the following: job experience, education, or certification

  • Ability to quickly research and learn how to fix common IT problems

  • Strong face-to-face communication skills

  • Excellent problem solving / logic skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • 1-5 years relevant experience

  • Strong verbal skills

Work Conditions:

  • Full time / Typical work hours average 40 hours per week

  • Occasional weekend / after-hours work

  • Travel to project work sites is expected (you must provide your own vehicle)
