In specific situations, our technicians may ask you to download our remote support software in order to help you as soon as possible.
1. Click the button below to download AnyDesk, our support software.
2. It will then download the AnyDesk.exe software. Save this file to your computer.
3. After saving, run the software by clicking on the program.
4. AnyDesk will then open and look like the image below.
Please supply the technician with the AnyDesk-Address, which will be a 9 character code that identifies your computer.
5. After you give your ID to the technician, they will request to join your session. Press accept.
6. After accepting, the technician will be remoted into your computer and the AnyDesk screen will look like the image below. If at any time you would like to end the session, click the Disconnect button shown below.
